The process

Step 1: fill out the form with the date and venue, I will reply back to see if I’m available within 48 hours.

Step 2: An introduction call to get acquainted and talk about the setting and pose. A retainer fee and a contract to secure the date.

Travel anywhere within Sarasota, Venice, Anna Maria, Bradenton area is free of charge, anywhere further than 1 hour, there’s a travel fee. If a location requires flight and overnight stay, the client is expected to cover the expenses.

Step 3: couple weeks before the wedding, we will connect to talk about the details of the wedding day. Final payment is paid.

Step 4: day of the wedding: I will arrive at the venue 2-3hours before the wedding starts to set up, paint the background, and prepare to capture the moment. I will encourage guests to participate by adding their own brushstrokes on the canvas during the reception.

Step 5: After the wedding: if a painting is not finished, I will take the painting home for retouch. The final painting will be deliver/mail within 2 weeks with the address provided.
